Dr. Currie and his staff are doing amazing things for people in chronic pain. I had back surgery in 2023 to loosen a compressed nerve in my spine that was causing sciatica in my left leg. For the first 6 months everything was fine and I was pain free, but after that time the pain slowly started to resurface. After several return visits and second opinions I was left with the same options again....steroid injections and if no improvement, surgery. My wife talked me into going to meet Dr. Currie before we made any further decisions. While there I met with Dr. Currie for quite some time and was even given a chance to meet some of the patients who were in the office for treatment. After some time in the office I decided this is something I need to try. After 3 treatments in the office I was standing longer without pain, walking farther and feeling much better overall. Today I am pain free and able to go out and enjoy the things I had given up because of the back and leg pain I was experieriencing. EXCELLENT!!! Our first visit with Dr. Currie, we met some the kindest and most caring staff you will ever find. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Curries now since the first of May this year. Thank you, Dr Currie. I walked in on crutches because a herniated disc. I had an injection by a surgeon that didn't help one bit. After 2 weeks of treatments with Dr. Currie, I was able to get around on my own some. Every day since, I have improved. The other day, without thinking, I walked up the stairs (my bedroom is on the second floor) without holding on to the railing. Like I said, every day I see improvement! He also helped with my neck problems, even though I didn't come in for that problem. I now understand people that say their pain level is over 10 (being the highest level of pain). My pain level was over 10, even though I was using pain medication before starting treatment. I don't need to take pain medication anymore. Another problem I had started having with the herniated disc was tremors which resolved after a short time with treatment. I am now on monthly maintenance treatments. Finding out Dr. Currie is also a doctor of functional medicine; I am now under his care. I thank the Lord every day for Dr. Currie and his clinic.
